- Main house kitchen has built-in dishwasher, both kitchens have refrigerator, stove
- Coffee makers, toasters, blenders, microwaves in both kitchens

- Gas grill in side patio
- Cleaning service included every two weeks.

Payment method: Check or money order
Deposit: 10% of rental cost is a security deposit and reserves your time
First payment: 50% of rental cost due two months ahead of rental
Second payment: 50% of rental cost due two months ahead of rental
Deposit will be returned after rental minus damages.
